VISTA: Scout moves up to Eagle
Eagle Scout Stanton Kennington from Vista Boy Scout Troop 788 announced that he has earned his Eagle Scout award. Stanton completed his Eagle project, which was a landscaping project at Nichols Elementary school in Oceanside.
